COVID-19 Note

Star will offer a hybrid learning system this fall. When possible, our physical sciences and theater/improv classes will be held on Tuesdays at Christ the King Lutheran Church, using the largest rooms. All other classes will be offered online. Please read the details of the plan, revised July 23, 2020, and review the revised schedule before registering.

Registration is open!

We have new classes to augment our great program! Feel free to direct any of your homeschool friends or groups that might be interested in learning more about Star Academy classes to this site. As you look at our registration information, please be sure to read our expectations and rules carefully to be sure they will be a good fit for you and your family.

The registration fee is $60 per family until August 18, dated by postmark. After that, the fee will increase to $100 per family.

Please read the following carefully before registering:

ALL students must have internet and printer access.

You will need to complete a separate packet (printed and electronic forms) for each student attending Star Academy Class Day.

You must click submit at the end of each form.


Please review the schedule carefully. We had a COVID-economy related teaching change, and a few of our classes have moved to a different time slot. We have checked these changes against all current registrations and do not believe this will create a conflict for any families registered.

Please disregard the early registration deadline listed on the form. The $60 fee has been extended to August 18.

1. Print one Class Registration and Payment form for each student registering.

Choose “fit to page” in your printing options.

This form includes the tuition and fees for each class.

2. Click links below for the online portion of the registration.

As you complete your online registration, please fill out all but the right column on the printed Class Registration and Payment form(s).

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY. You are signing these forms digitally; it is the same as signing paper, and you will be held to what you sign.

When filling out the family information and student information online forms, please use the scroll bar on the form page (not the usual one on the far right - but the one just to the left of that one). You will need to enter things all the way down until you see the submit button. If you do not click submit on EACH form, your registration will not be complete, and your student will not be enrolled in classes.

3. Due at registration:

  • family registration fee ($60 through August 18, 2020; $100 after)
  • one part of the annual tuition for each class, plus any lab or supply fees

4. Please make out separate checks: one to Star Academy Class Day for the family registration fee and one to each tutor for tuition and fees.
